Why isn't my score uploading onto the leaderboard when I complete the Ball Handling Routine: Beginner?

I dont nos were the botton start is and i really want to do the activities

When I login to my account and try to add a family member on the settings screen there is no “+” button next to the one profile on the account. The one profile we have is for a family member that is under 13. How do I add a family member?

As the title says, level 3 is locked even though I completed level 1 and 2 already, there is no feedback or anything about why is it locked. Any ideas why?

I can’t download the 40min video to my gallery by using a 15secs section. Do anyone know why? When I pressed the button it just kicked me out of the app.

Me and My Friends recorded a game at the gym and they tagged me but I can’t see the video. It says Pending Update from recording device. How do I see the video?

I can’t use HomeCourt on my iPhone. I can only do shooting. Idk if there’s a way I can but ya :)
