I had a couple of questions: 1- Has anyone had any luck with the support email lately? I emailed in a few requests last week and not have heard back other than it was received. 2- Each session is about 750 shots and there seems to be about 5-10 shots that are wrongly recorded as a 2 rather than a 3. The session today had about 20. I looked on the shot by shot and it did have then recorded as behind the 3 point line, but not sure why the number is off on the stats. Wondering if this can be fixed. 3- It records shots near the free throw line as a free throw even if it is a step back or something of that nature. Any way to adjust to where only the free throws are free throws? 4- There was a session that cut out, but we had it recording on another camera. Any way to add the shots into the session? HomeCourt is a great product and we love using it.

Every time when I check my video, for example, “my makes” , the video would start to rolling to the next video very quickly until the last video. I can only see the first three videos, and then the 4-81 video, I can’t see. Please help me

Hi I’d tap the full screen icon on the video to get the video full sceeen and that shows the shooting counts on the video. Then tap share video and Save Video. After waiting about half hour, the export progress would go about half way and disappears. The video appears on the screen in full screen but none of the buttons respond. And the video is not saved to the iPhones photo reel/album. Please advise if there’s a better way to do this? Thanks.

I recorded a game just now. I can see the shoots while tagging the players. But can’t play any videos in this recording and cannot download either. The app would stuck while I tried to tap dowdload.

The Videos of my shooting sessions take a lot of storage space and I would like deleting them without losing the stats from these sessions. Is there any possibility for that?

I see my stats and shots but I don’t see the video it says something about a App and device update
