I had a couple of questions: 1- Has anyone had any luck with the support email lately? I emailed in a few requests last week and not have heard back other than it was received. 2- Each session is about 750 shots and there seems to be about 5-10 shots that are wrongly recorded as a 2 rather than a 3. The session today had about 20. I looked on the shot by shot and it did have then recorded as behind the 3 point line, but not sure why the number is off on the stats. Wondering if this can be fixed. 3- It records shots near the free throw line as a free throw even if it is a step back or something of that nature. Any way to adjust to where only the free throws are free throws? 4- There was a session that cut out, but we had it recording on another camera. Any way to add the shots into the session? HomeCourt is a great product and we love using it.

The Videos of my shooting sessions take a lot of storage space and I would like deleting them without losing the stats from these sessions. Is there any possibility for that?

How come the app hasn’t been updated in over 2 years

My account is under 13 with HomeCourt+ but not plus button for family. Please let me know how to add another kid account.

I would like to export shot data to compare the release angle of a made shot vs a missed shot. Can this be done? If not, is there a dashboard I can view this? have a premium membership. Thanks!

Is there a way I can upload a video from my camera roll to analyze with ai?

Is there a way to export data? If I cancel subscription can I still access my historical data? And if I subscribe again, is the history data still available?

Now its default as 4s, can i set it 8s, or even longer, so i can play back how the space was created?

How long does exporting videos take? Is the speed device-dependent or internet speed dependent? I've tried exporting a workout (about an hour workout time), and it took about 4 hours to completely save locally.
