Why is level 3 of conditioning challenge still locked?

As the title says, level 3 is locked even though I completed level 1 and 2 already, there is no feedback or anything about why is it locked.

Any ideas why?

I'm sorry about the issue you've encountered.

Would you please try completing Stage 10 of Level 2 again and see if it unlocks Level 3? Please make sure you have a good, stable connection to Wi-Fi while doing so. Thanks!
