Each HomeCourt account can add up to 3 family profiles under the account. If you are no longer able to add a family profile under your account, please check whether any of the following applies to you:
- You have already added 3 family profiles under your HomeCourt account, OR
- You have been added as another HomeCourt account's family – you can verify this by checking whether the other member of your family is tagged "(Organizer)" under Settings.
If it falls to the second condition, you need to either switch back to the family owner or leave the owner's family before you can add more family profiles to your HomeCourt account.

P. K. Chan: None of these apply to me. The only family member on the account is my 12 year old daughter. There is no plus button next to her name. Is there a chat feature or phone number we can use to troubleshoot this issue? I've been trying to resolve this for over two weeks now and haven't found a solution.
