I can’t download the 40min video to my gallery by using a 15secs section. Do anyone know why?

When I pressed the button it just kicked me out of the app.

Pariyakorn Rrk Hi, can you please clarify what you mean? Are you trying to export the entire 40 min video to your "My Photos" or are you trying to just export a small clip?
