Zach Winkeler Are the devices connected to the internet? And is that device updated to the latest version of HomeCourt?

Colin: Thanks, I think it was the internet because I played at another gym today and it worked because there was internet there and not at the other gym.

Jason Lyons: Look it’s not the update at all… I had this problem before and there is a solution. Connect your device to the internet, open HomeCourt and keep your phone on for at least 10 - 20mins, don’t let your phone sleep, otherwise it won’t upload the data…
