My phone died, signed in with new phone but can’t get to my old account. I do not have a paid account, but would be willing to pay for one. Problem is, I can’t access my old phone as it is damaged, to do it from there.

Input the wrong email of my mother. She can’t receive the confirm email.

App keeps crashes after a few minutes. I am paying a monthly fee and has been happening for a long time now. How do I stop this hapenning? Jay Gifford

I switched to a new iPhone and after login I can't see my analysis data & progress. I made sure both use same account email and both show I have monthly subscription. I'm expecting to see the data in a new device as well.

I confused my age and the mistake was that i pick I was born in 2021.It had to add my friend’s email as a parent. I’m 17 years old. I was born in 2004. Can I did something to fix my problem?

Hey HomeCourt, I accidentally put the wrong age for my account because I’m 15 years old, and it says I’m under 13 could you somehow change that. My birthday is March 19 2006.

Hey, the HomeCourt app crashed as I was tagging people in the workouts, and it didn’t save the full video to my photos on my phone. Is there somewhere you can easily download the full workout videos? Trying to download it through the app never works for any long videos. Thanks

Hello - I see that HomeCourt videos are taking a lot of space on my iPhone (15 gigs worth). When I looked at the optimize space option, it says 0mb would be used. How can I delete the videos I don’t need? Thanks!
