Thank you for reach out to us and I'm sorry about the issue you've encountered. Please try the following steps and let us know whether any of these help:
- Please check whether your device has sufficient storage space, as HomeCourt may malfunction when device is too low on storage. We would recommend having at least 1 GB of free space on your device.
- It may also be possible that there are other apps running at the same time and competing with HomeCourt for processing resources on the device. Try force quitting apps that you are not using.
- If none of the above works, please try deleting the HomeCourt app and re-installing from the App Store.
