Why are previous nba badges I unlocked gone off my profile

Back in March I unlocked a number of these nba badges I can’t remember exactly what I had to do to unlock them but they were these Orlando magic and Miami heat and Philadelphia 76ers badges then in may I think they got removed from my profile were all my badges are why is this ?
