Unable to select Family member for workout

When I try and select who is shooting in Shooting Workout I can only see 2 of my family members. I cannot see my youngest (10 year). We are also mutually following. Also, is this feature not possible at all on iPad?

For your second question, the feature to tag multiple shooters in the same shooting workout is available on the iPad as well.
