Not getting the ability to add family member

Hi, I emailed about this, but I subscribed to the monthly subscription, but I still don't see a way to add a family member.

For children privacy protection reasons, once a HomeCourt account has been created with a date of birth below 13 years of age, it will be created as a kid account, and the system will not allow a kid account to add family profiles, change its screen name, date of birth or privacy settings.
