HomeCourt teams should function quite well with up to 500 members. Beyond 500 members, HomeCourt teams should still work, but you should consider turning off Workout Notifications for your team so that your team members don't get too many notifications from teammates' workout that dwarf out the more important notifications, such as a new post from a coach.
