Hi Jason, I'm sorry about the issue you've encountered.
To confirm, does this issue occur only on certain, but not all, of your recordings? If so, you may have encountered a rare issue that impacts a small portion of users on iOS 14. We have been following up with Apple about this issue, but unfortunately this is an issue that Apple will need to fix. Please see also https://feedback.homecourt.ai/help/p/lost-video-download-and-shot-science-analysis for other users reporting the same issue.
We have also received some anecdotal evidence that the following may help:
- Under HomeCourt Settings › Advanced, toggle “Record audio in new workouts” OFF; AND
- Under HomeCourt Settings › Permissions, toggle “Microphone” access OFF.
